Photo: Sachamama.<\/figcaption>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d2cda2b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7d2cda2b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to achieving significant savings, M\u00e9ndez will also reap the benefits of the 30% tax deduction on purchase of the solar panels, courtesy of the <\/span><b>Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> under President <\/span><b>Joe Biden\u2019s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> government.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approved by the federal congress in August 2022, the IRA is designed to lower energy costs for families, generate thousands of jobs, and address other crucial goals for the U.S. economy and the environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The legislation allocates hundreds of billions of dollars for clean energy system projects in homes, businesses, and power plants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The legal framework offers tax credits to consumers for various environmentally friendly initiatives, such as installing solar panels, acquiring electric vehicles, and purchasing efficient appliances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under the IRA, there is a notable promotion of solar energy systems, particularly through the expansion of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.energy.gov\/eere\/solar\/credito-fiscal-federal-por-energia-solar-fotovoltaica-guia-para-propietarios-de#:~:text=Los%20sistemas%20solares%20fotovoltaicos%20instalados,de%20este%20entre%202022%2D2032.\"><b>Federal Solar Investment Tax Credit (ITC)<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Taking advantage of the 30% tax credit offered by the Inflation Reduction Act, she estimates that her investment would decrease to about $33,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This 30% tax credit offered by IRA is often emphasized by companies dedicated to installing solar energy systems as a key incentive for their potential customers. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe same companies help you understand and offer you what is established in IRA.
